Have an issue with your order?
If you have any issues with your latte concentrates, please email us via the contact form to initiate a reship or refund and someone will be in contact with you shortly.
Did your lattes arrive damaged?
If your lattes arrived damaged we will issue a free reshipment of your order. To help us process this reshipment quickly, we ask you to kindly send us photos of the damaged order within 48 hours of the products’ arrival via the contact form. While these errors are infrequent, photos helps us best address any supply chain issues for future customers.
Did not enjoy your lattes?
We will offer you a full refund of every product that is returned to us in it's original condition within 30 days of receiving your concentrates. The credit typically posts within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the method of payment used at checkout. Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded when issuing a return credit.
